The Refurbishment Dashboard

Welcome to the CSI+ Refurbishment Dashboard. With legislation requiring vessels to undergo regular dry docks, hundreds of cruise ships receive refurbishments every year. Projects can vary from light repair and refurbishment, to updating older vessels to include popular new venues and features, to colossal undertakings such as ship lengthening. Some cruise lines such as Royal Caribbean even run official programmes like the Royal Amplified program, in which they advertise which cruise ships will be updated to their guests.

Refurbishment projects often run on a short time frame, with cruise line refurbishment teams often having only a year from the point that a ship is confirmed to be undergoing refurbishment to design the spaces, source suppliers and oversee outfitting. Therefore, this dashboard is updated quarterly as information becomes available, and may contain speculative data.

Tap into the CSI+ Refurbishment dashboard to:

  • Create a timeline of upcoming projects to assist in building your strategy
  • Learn more about the refurbishment landscape
  • Create a map of the projects taking place within reach of your manufacturing or distribution centres to assist in your sustainability pitches.
